Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Apollo IPTV. By accessing our website or using our streaming services, you’re entering into a binding agreement with us. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of Apollo IPTV’s platform, including our website, mobile applications, subscription services, and all the premium IPTV streaming we provide across 25,000+ channels.

Apollo IPTV operates as a premium streaming service provider based in the United States, and these Terms apply to all users who access our services regardless of location. We’ve written this in straightforward language because nobody enjoys wading through legal jargon, but these Terms are legally binding—so please read them carefully before subscribing or using our service.

If you don’t agree with any part of these Terms, you shouldn’t use Apollo IPTV. By creating an account, subscribing to any of our plans (1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month), or streaming content through our platform, you’re confirming that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. To keep things clear, here’s what we mean by certain terms used throughout this document:

  • “Apollo IPTV,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the company providing the IPTV streaming service
  • “Service” means our IPTV platform, including the website, applications, streaming content, and all related services
  • “You,” “your,” or “user” refers to the individual or entity accessing or using our Service
  • “Account” means your personal Apollo IPTV subscription account
  • “Content” refers to the channels, movies, sports, series, and other programming available through our Service
  • “Subscription” means your paid plan (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual)
  • “Device” means any equipment used to access our Service—Smart TV, Fire Stick, smartphone, tablet, computer, etc.

Eligibility and Account Registration

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use Apollo IPTV. By creating an account, you’re confirming that you meet this age requirement. We don’t knowingly provide services to minors, and if we discover an account holder is under 18, we’ll terminate the account immediately without refund.

Account Creation

When you sign up for Apollo IPTV, you agree to:

  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You’re responsible for your account security. If someone gains access to your account because you shared credentials or failed to keep them secure, you bear responsibility for any resulting charges or violations.

One Account Per Subscription

Each Apollo IPTV subscription is for individual use only. You may use your subscription on multiple devices (depending on your plan), but you cannot:

  • Share your account credentials with people outside your household
  • Sell, rent, or transfer your subscription to others
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent our terms or abuse promotions
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Service

Violations of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Subscription Plans and Payments

Available Plans

Apollo IPTV offers four subscription tiers:

  1. 1-Month Subscription – Month-to-month flexibility
  2. 3-Month Subscription – Save 15% with quarterly billing
  3. 6-Month Subscription – Save 25% with semi-annual billing (most popular)
  4. 12-Month Subscription – Save 40% with annual billing (best value)

All plans include full access to our complete channel lineup, 4K streaming quality, zero-buffering technology, and 24/7 customer support.

Payment Terms

When you purchase a subscription:

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase
  • Prices are displayed in US dollars
  • All sales are processed through secure third-party payment processors
  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout

Automatic Renewal

Important: All Apollo IPTV subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

  • Monthly plans renew every 30 days
  • Quarterly plans renew every 90 days
  • Semi-annual plans renew every 180 days
  • Annual plans renew every 365 days

You’ll be charged automatically using the payment method on file. We’ll send you an email reminder before each renewal. To avoid charges, cancel your subscription before the renewal date through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time. However:

  • Price changes won’t affect your current subscription period
  • You’ll be notified at least 30 days before any price increase
  • The new price will apply at your next renewal date
  • If you disagree with a price change, you can cancel before renewal without penalty

Failed Payments

If your payment method is declined or expires:

  • Your service will be suspended after the billing date
  • You’ll receive email notifications about the failed payment
  • You’ll have 7 days to update your payment method
  • After 7 days, your account may be terminated

We’re not responsible for overdraft fees, insufficient fund charges, or other banking fees related to your Apollo IPTV subscription.

Use of Service

Permitted Use

Apollo IPTV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may:

  • Stream content on devices compatible with our Service
  • Access channels, movies, sports, and other programming included in your subscription
  • Use Apollo IPTV on the number of simultaneous devices permitted by your plan
  • Download our mobile applications for personal use

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

Violating these restrictions will result in immediate account termination without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action if necessary.

Content Availability

While we strive to maintain consistent access to all channels and content:

  • Channel lineups may change due to licensing agreements or technical issues
  • Content availability may vary by region
  • We don’t guarantee uninterrupted access to specific channels or programming
  • Temporary outages may occur during maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control

We’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes to our channel lineup, but we’re not liable for any changes or temporary unavailability of specific content.

Devices and Compatibility

Supported Devices

Apollo IPTV is compatible with:

  • Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony, Android TV)
  • Streaming devices (Amazon Fire Stick, Fire TV Cube, NVIDIA Shield, Apple TV, Roku)
  • Mobile devices (iOS 12+, Android 5.0+)
  • Computers (Windows 7+, macOS 10.12+, Linux)
  • Set-top boxes (MAG, Formuler, Buzz TV, Dreamlink)

Your Responsibility

You’re responsible for:

  • Ensuring your devices meet minimum system requirements
  • Maintaining adequate internet speed (minimum 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K)
  • Purchasing and maintaining compatible devices and internet service
  • Following setup instructions and properly configuring your devices

We provide setup guides and support, but we’re not responsible for device incompatibility, internet service issues, or user configuration errors.

Simultaneous Streams

Depending on your subscription plan:

  • Standard plans typically allow 1-2 simultaneous streams
  • Premium options may include 3+ simultaneous streams
  • Exceeding your stream limit will result in playback errors
  • Check your account details for your specific concurrent stream allowance

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Ownership

Apollo IPTV and all related content, features, functionality, trademarks, logos, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. This includes:

  • The Apollo IPTV name, logo, and branding
  • Our website design, layout, and user interface
  • Our mobile applications and streaming technology
  • Software, code, and proprietary systems

All content streamed through our Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You don’t acquire any ownership rights by using Apollo IPTV.

Limited License

Your subscription grants you a limited, revocable license to access content for personal viewing only. You may not:

Our total liability to you for any claims related to Apollo IPTV is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

Termination and Account Closure

Your Right to Cancel

You can cancel your Apollo IPTV subscription anytime by:

  • Your service continues until the end of your current billing period
  • You won’t be charged for the next renewal

Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or refund, if:

  • You violate these Terms and Conditions
  • You engage in fraudulent activity or abuse our Service
  • You share your account credentials inappropriately
  • Your payment fails repeatedly
  • You use the Service for illegal purposes

Upon termination, you must stop using Apollo IPTV immediately and delete any downloaded applications.

Effect of Termination

When your account is terminated:

  • Your access to all Apollo IPTV services ends immediately
  • Any remaining subscription time is forfeited
  • Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Apollo IPTV, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
  • Content you provide or actions you take using our Service
  • Unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to secure credentials

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Exceptions

The following disputes are NOT subject to arbitration:

  • Small claims court actions (below jurisdictional limits)
  • Disputes regarding intellectual property rights
  • Requests for injunctive relief to prevent harm

General Provisions

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do:

  • We’ll update the “Last Updated” date at the top
  • We’ll notify you via email or prominent notice on our website
  • Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before taking effect
  • Your continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms

If you disagree with changes, you must cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to accomplish its intent to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision doesn’t constitute a waiver of that right. All rights and remedies are cumulative and not exclusive.

Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another entity at any time without restriction.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Apollo IPTV regarding use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
